Return Policy
You may return your order within 30 days for a full refund if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the order. Products must be in new condition and may not have been washed or altered in any way. If the product has a defect after the first wash, you may return that product for exchange if it is deemed defective by the manufacturer-in this case, please allow extra time for us to contact the manufacturer.Additionally, the cost of shipping a return will only be refunded if the return was a result of our error.

Cancelation Policy
Every effort is made to ship your products out within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the day and time of your order. We realize, however, that problems do occur from time to time, and you may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
