In observance of the holiday season, our fulfillment center will be closed beginning Tuesday, December 23 through Sunday, December 28, 2008. All orders placed during this time will begin processing on Monday, December 29, 2008 regardless of shipping method selected.
If you are placing an order for the holidays please make a note of our shipping deadlines. In order to guarantee SHIPPING (not actual delivery) before Christmas, please note the following important dates:
* Standard shipping orders must be placed by 12/17/08
* 2nd Day orders must be placed by 12/21/08
* Overnight Orders must be placed by 12/22/2008
* All other standard shipping policies still apply
We are not responsible for any delay caused by the carriers such as poor climatic conditions or package mishandling.

Your order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours (business day) after your order is received. Next Day or 2nd Day shipping methods will be shipped out the same day if your order is placed before 12:00 p.m. CST. Orders with a shipping method of Next Day or 2nd Day are placed after 12:00pm CST, it will be shipped the following business day. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered provided that all merchandise is in stock and ready for shipment. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based on the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Cancelation Policy
Every effort is made to ship your products out within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the day and time of your order. We realize, however, that problems do occur from time to time, and you may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
